FAQS

How do I place my order?

Please complete the order form provided and include as much detail/information. Please email me at hello@sweetsbysantiago.com if you have questions prior to placing an order.

Do we deliver?

Yes! My delivery radius is 30 miles and starts at $1.35 per mile. 

What are your pickup times?

Please contact me in advance if you have questions or concerns before your pick up. The earliest time to pick up is 10:00 AM. If you would like your order earlier, please select the pick up date to be the day before your event. For example, if your event is on Saturday, please pick up your order on Friday. 

 

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00-6:00

Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-4:00 

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00-12:00

When do you suggest I place my order?

I prefer two weeks in advance for orders that are requesting a custom theme because this will allow me to gather the specific supplies for the design. The prices vary on the number of designs, colors, and complexity. If you have a photo or theme, that would assist me in creating an accurate quote. I prefer one week in advance for treats that do not require intricate detailing. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

 

Please note that completing the order form does not confirm your order. After you have completed the order form, I will contact you via email and phone to answer any questions and collect payment. Please ensure the email address provided is one that is monitored daily and voicemail boxes are not full. After one attempt via email or voicemail and no response, I have the right to cancel the order form. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that all orders must be canceled 7+ days prior to the pick up date to be eligible for a full refund. 


If the order is canceled less than 7 days to the original pick up date, you will not receive a full refund.

What are the methods of payments? Do I need to make a deposit?

Once we have discussed pricing and finalizing details, the amount would be paid in full. Once I receive payment, the order is placed in my calendar.

 

If payment is not received, I have the right to accept another inquiry.

 

I accept Zelle and Venmo with no service fee. If you would prefer to pay with a credit card, there will be a 3.5% service fee by invoice. 

 

Unfortunately, I do not accept deposits.

How do I store my treats? 

Please place treats including cupcakes on the countertop.

 

If order includes dessert shooters, please place in the refrigerator.
